No Refund Policy
All fees paid for Language Academy programs offered by MB Global Skills Academy are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment has been made and the enrolment or registration has been confirmed, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all programs offered by Language Academy, including but not limited to:
- Any Language Programs
- Language Training and certification programs
- Any other paid courses, programs, or services offered by the Language Academy
Cancellation by the Learner
Learners may choose to discontinue or withdraw from a program after enrolment. However, such withdrawal or discontinuation will not entitle the learner to a refund of any fees already paid.
Fees cannot be transferred, exchanged, or adjusted against another program unless expressly approved by MB Global Skills Academy in writing.
Program Commencement
The non-refundable policy applies irrespective of whether the learner has:
- Attended the program or any session
- Accessed learning materials or resources
- Participated in assessments or examinations
- Discontinued the program after enrolment
- Been unable to attend the program due to personal circumstances
Program Changes or Rescheduling
In case of any changes to program schedules, batches, trainers, delivery formats, or other program-related arrangements, MB Global Skills Academy may provide suitable alternatives or communicate revised arrangements to enrolled learners.
Such changes will not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Payment Responsibility
Learners are advised to carefully review the program details, eligibility requirements, duration, fees, schedule, and other applicable terms before making a payment.
By completing a payment, the learner acknowledges that they have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
