This website is operated by TGM Skills Private Limited, trading as MBGSA Global Skills Academy (hereinafter referred to as MBGSA), registered office D 1002, Sunshine Helios, Sector 78, NOIDA, India, 201301, CIN U85220UP2025PTC227231.

The user/visitor, by accessing or using this website, hereby agrees to comply with the website Terms of Use applicable to their use of the website.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to the website Terms of Use applicable to your use of the website. Where you enrol in or purchase a course or service, the specific terms and conditions applicable to such course or service shall apply upon confirmation of enrolment, acceptance of the applicable commercial terms or payment, as applicable.

Mere enquiry, counselling interaction or preliminary eligibility assessment shall by itself NOT constitute an admission, enrolment, purchase or guarantee of any program, service or outcome.

Our Role

MBGSA delivers German language instruction from A1 to B2 level, together with speaking practice and examination preparation. Teaching is live and trainer-led, supported by an online learning platform.

MBGSA is not an examination body. The duly recognized bodies that conduct the German Language examination are Goethe-Institut and Telc, who conduct their own examinations, set their own fees, allocate their own slots and centers, and evaluate their own papers.

MBGSA assists you with preparation and registration with the above-mentioned recognized bodies; however, MBGSA has no authority or right to influence any part of the examination or its results.

Our course completion record merely confirms that you attended and participated in the preparation. Mere participation in our training program does not by itself constitute a language proficiency certificate and carries no recognition by any government, university or employer. Only certificates issued by duly recognized bodies can carry such recognition.

MBGSA does not carry out the role of immigration, legal, tax or financial advisers, and further, MBGSA does not represent any German authority, consulate, or the Akademische Prüfstelle (APS).

Enrolment

Enrolment is deemed to be confirmed only when MBGSA has received your fee, or your first instalment, and has issued you a written confirmation. Seats are allocated to confirmed enrolments only.

Enrolment is personal to you and is therefore non-transferable; it cannot be sold, gifted or transferred to anyone else, including within your family.

Enrolment above A1 is strictly subject to an assessment.

The prospective candidate shall be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all relevant documents and other required materials submitted. False or forged information and/or documents and/or material shall immediately end the application of such a prospective candidate, without refund being applicable, and shall subject the candidate to further action under applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are under 18, you can only enrol through a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and shall be responsible for the fees and due discharge of obligations by you under these Terms.

Courses and Hours

The hours below are scheduled instruction. Hours for self-study, homework and independent practice are in addition to the number of hours specified below.

MBGSA has the exclusive authority to carry out any reasonable revision, without requirement of prior notice to stakeholders, in the curriculum, materials, sequencing and trainer allocation from time to time, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the published instructional hours or materially diminish the core nature of the services purchased by the learner. Courses run subject to a minimum number of enrolments. Where a course is cancelled or cannot reasonably be delivered due to insufficient enrolment, the applicable remedy shall be governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Fees

Fees are as confirmed to you in writing at the enrolment stage. Unless MBGSA states otherwise, they exclude GST, learning materials and examination registration charges payable to Goethe-Institut or Telc.

Where MBGSA allows payment in instalments, that is a concession strictly within the purview of MBGSA and not a matter of right. If any amount is overdue, MBGSA has the absolute right to withhold access to sessions, materials, the learning platform and your records until it is cleared.

Sessions not attended during a period in which access has been validly suspended for non-payment shall not automatically create an entitlement to additional sessions or credits, except where otherwise provided in the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.

Payment is to be made only through our official channels and only into the designated account maintained by MBGSA. MBGSA shall not be responsible for money paid to any individual, personal account or unofficial channel.

If an employer, sponsor or family member pays for you, you remain responsible for the fee.

Fees may be refundable or non-refundable strictly in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy applicable to the relevant course or service. Except where a refund is expressly provided under that policy, no refund shall be due solely because a learner voluntarily discontinues, fails to attend, fails to complete, or otherwise chooses not to continue the course for any reason whatsoever.

Batches, Attendance and Delivery

Start dates are indicative. MBGSA may advance, postpone, merge, split or re-time any batch, and may reschedule individual sessions, provided MBGSA maintains the published hours.

MBGSA will use reasonable efforts to provide reasonable notice of material scheduling changes. Where a material change substantially affects the services purchased by the learner, the applicable remedy shall be determined under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

You are expected to attend at least 75% of your scheduled sessions. Below that, MBGSA shall have the vested right to withdraw progression eligibility, examination recommendation and your completion record. Sessions you miss are not repeated or credited, and recordings, where offered at all, are a courtesy rather than an entitlement.

Before withdrawing progression, eligibility or terminating enrolment solely on the basis of attendance, TGM Skills may notify the learner of the attendance shortfall and, where reasonably practicable, provide an opportunity to submit an explanation or supporting documentation regarding exceptional circumstances.

You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, microphone, camera and a quiet place to learn. Failures at your end do not entitle you to a repeat session, an extension or any credit.

What MBGSA Do Not Guarantee

MBGSA cannot and does not guarantee: a pass, band and/or score in any Goethe or Telc examination; availability of an examination slot, date or center; admission to any university; any visa, work permit or residence permit; an internship, interview, job offer or level of salary; or eligibility for the German Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte).

Language ability is merely one requirement among several for study, work or migration in Germany. Completion of a course with us does not constitute deemed satisfaction of the other factors.

Salary figures, employer names, cost savings and return-on-investment estimates shown on this site are only illustrative, drawn from market data or from past cohorts. The stated figures are not promises or projections of your individual result.

Reference to any company merely describes the German employment market and does not imply a partnership, placement arrangement or endorsement unless and until Magic Billion states so expressly.

Where any salary, employment, market, cost-saving, ROI, placement, outcome or similar statistical information is presented, such information is provided for general informational purposes and, where based on external or historical information, may be accompanied by the relevant source, period or methodology. Historical results do not guarantee or necessarily represent future outcomes.

Materials and Conduct

All course materials, recordings, assessments and question banks are owned by or licensed to MBGSA and are licensed to you for your personal study only. Recording sessions, sharing your login, circulating materials or using them commercially is prohibited and ends your enrolment immediately, without refund and without prejudice to our other remedies.

Treat your trainers and fellow learners with respect. Abuse, disruption, proxy attendance, assessment malpractice and soliciting other learners are grounds for warning, suspension or termination.

Course materials are licensed to you for personal study only — recording, sharing or reselling them is prohibited and punishable under copyright law.

Your Data

MBGSA processes your data under its Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

By providing us with your contact details, you consent to being contacted by telephone, SMS, email and WhatsApp, including where your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You may withdraw that consent by writing to us.

The Privacy Notice separately explains the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which such data is processed, the persons or categories of persons with whom data may be shared, applicable retention periods, rights and choices available to individuals, and the manner in which such rights may be exercised.

Where processing requires your consent, such consent will be obtained through the applicable consent mechanism. You may withdraw consent where legally permitted, subject to the consequences explained in the Privacy Notice.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time through the mechanism provided in the relevant communication or by contacting us through the designated communication channel. Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect necessary transactional or service-related communications relating to services you have requested or purchased.

Liabilities

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the relevant course or services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the learner to TGM Skills Private Limited for the specific course or services giving rise to the claim.

Otherwise, MBGSA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings or lost opportunity, or for costs arising from an examination result, a visa refusal or the decision of any third-party authority.

Subject to the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the relevant program or services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to TGM Skills Private Limited for the specific program or services giving rise to the claim. MBGSA is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in immigration or education policy.

Ending Your Enrolment

You may withdraw at any time in writing; the financial consequences are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. MBGSA has the absolute vested right to end your enrolment for false information, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

Where termination is proposed for a remediable breach, TGM Skills may, where reasonably practicable, provide written notice of the breach and an opportunity to remedy it.

Immediate suspension or termination may occur where the breach is serious, fraudulent, unlawful or materially prejudicial to TGM Skills, trainers, learners or third parties.

Complaints, Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction conferred upon a court, tribunal, consumer commission or other authority under applicable law, courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Program information, schedules and dates may be updated from time to time. Changes made before enrolment may be reflected in the then-current program information.

After enrolment, the fee and other material commercial terms applicable to the learner shall not be increased or materially altered except as permitted under the applicable enrolment documentation, applicable law, or where reasonably necessary due to requirements of an examination body, regulatory authority or other relevant third party.

Where this website conflicts with a signed enrolment form or written confirmation, the signed document shall prevail.

MBGSA may update these Terms; the version in force when you enrol governs your enrolment, and enrolled learners are notified of material changes by email.

Order of Precedence

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific written enrolment agreement, offer letter, programme agreement or other document expressly accepted by TGM Skills and the learner, the specific document shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

The Refund and Cancellation Policy applicable to the relevant programme shall strictly be governed by the applicable refund and cancellation matters enumerated in the final agreement executed between MBGSA and the prospective candidate.

The Privacy Notice shall govern the processing of personal data.

Nothing in any website policy shall exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
